Race Check-In and Skippers’ Meeting is mandatory for all competitors.
Race Check-In is from 10 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. in the PCYC clubhouse on Friday, July 10th, 2015. Ensure all documentation is complete with the Registrar, file your sail plan with the LO300 Race Committee and pick up your transponder.
The Skippers’ Meeting starts at 7 p.m. It is an important informational meeting, including:
- Welcome – PCYC Commodore Martin Lomas
- General Race Info – Race Chair Joe Doris
- Sailing Instructions – Race Officer Graham Dougall
- Sail Plan discussion
- Transponder Information
- Weather Forecast
Prize Draws will occur during the meeting
Be sure to bring as many of the crew as possible. The better informed you are, the less stress and confusion on the race course.
Don’t leave without your race log!
And stay on for an evening of fun and live entertainment! A BBQ dinner will be served from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. with a choice of chicken, ribs or a vegetarian option for $24 inclusive, credit or debit only. (Please note regular bar menu will not be available).
