Congratulations go to Kim Pillar, skipper of SV ‘Live Wire’ from PCYC, whose name was drawn during the evening festivities at Port Dalhousie YC on Saturday, September 15th. Over the course of the 2018 racing season, Kim completed the required number of LOSHRS races to be eligible for this special draw.
