We need to know if you are planning to participate in the DYC weekend. We need this information by no later than Sunday September 8th, 2024, given the limited capacity. This will be handled on a first come basis, so the sooner the better we receive your information.
All this information is required, so if any data is missing, we cannot process your request.
If we do not receive your response by the deadline, the assumption is that you are not racing. If after submitting your response, if you change your mind so you will not be participating, please let us know of this as soon as possible at LOSHRS@loor.ca.

LOSHRS Social Program at DYC
Saturday Night 1700
Racers Social – racers meet up south of the Fuel Dock for a social event. The bar will be open. We are asking all racers to bring an appetizer to share. – two beers per person. Tickets will be given to each person as they arrive. Also, this is an unlicensed area, racers are free to bring their own alcohol here.

Deadline for dinner reservations will be Friday September 6, 2024, at midnight. Invoices will be sent to all individuals who reserve & must be paid by Tuesday September 10, 2024.
The Access Abilities/North Sails Draw for the sail will take place after dinner at 21:00. More details HERE!
